The Canyons Area and Silver Springs within Snyderville Basin are established areas of Park City, Utah that has seen many changes over the last few years. The new Trailside Park and the elementary school near Swaner Memorial Park make this a very desirable area for permanent residents. The Utah Olympic Ski Jumps, Bobsled Run and neighboring new library all contribute to a vital and interesting community.
